CNC machine
Automated manufacturing footprint enabling high quality,
flexible output and customized solutions.
Using CNC we can realize 3 designs:
- Spiral
- Into Cross
- Fine Grooving
Printing Machines
Consolidated know-how of main printing machines OEM: Heidelberg, KBA, Shinohara, Sakurai, MAN Roland,Romayor, Dominant, Polly and Grafopres.
Most common compounds:
- NBR Acrylnitril-Butadien rubber + CR Chloroprene rubber
- NBR Acrylnitril-Butadien rubber
- IR Isoprene rubber + BR Polybutadiene rubber
Packaging Machines
- Paper packaging
- Metal sheet packaging (cans and Aluminium Foil)
- Packaging made of PE, PVC, PP- foil
- NR Natural rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
- NR Natural rubber
- EPDM Ethylen-Propylen rubber Silicone
Woodworking Machines
- calibration rollers for wide belt grinders
- Rubber coated wheels of belt saws
- feeding and brushing rollers for milling cutters machines, planers and feeders
- Grooved rollers for glue application
- special abrasion-resistant compounds
- IR Isoprene rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
- NR Natural rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
- NBR Acrylnitril-Butadien rubber + CR Chloroprene rubber

Mechanical Engineering
Most common compounds:
- NR Natural rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
- IR Isoprene rubber + BR Polybutadiene rubber
- IR Isoprene rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
Textile Industry
We manufacture rubber coated rollers for several applications in the textile industry.
The main types of rollers are: chopping, applying, spin-dry, stamping, washing and “banana” rollers.
Strengths
- aggressive chemicals (acids, hydroxides, starch, finishing agents, hydrogen peroxide and other oxidants)
- High friction
- high temperature
- pressure
- abrasion
- NBR Acrylnitril-Butadien rubber
- NBR Acrylnitril-Butadien rubber + NR Natural rubber
- NR Natural rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
Paper Industry
We manufacture rubber coated rollers for several applications in the paper industry.
The main types of rollers are: driven, pressing, applying, registering, tambourines, pulling, transport and guiding – sieves.
Strengths
- Friction
- Pressure
- chemical effects of papermaking substances
- To increase the resistance, rollers can be rubberized also on the front sides and shafts.
- IR Isoprene rubber + BR Polybutadiene rubber
- NR Natural rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
- IR Isoprene rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
Mining Industry
For deep mines, we use a special self-extinguishing compound, most durable, certified by Scientific-Research Coal Institute in Ostrava.
Most common compounds:
- NR Natural rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
- IR Isoprene rubber + SBR Styrene-butadien rubber
Metallurgical Industry
To increase the resistance, we can provide a further protection covering the rollers also on front sides and shafts.
The main rollers are: Pulling, Guiding, Braking, spin-dry, Macerating, lako – plastic (metal core with layer of PU), Oiling, Varnishing, Contacting and diving.
Most common compounds:
- NBR Acrylnitril-Butadien rubber
Silicone Rollers
Strengths:
- resistance to temperatures up to 180 °C
- resistance to ozone effect
- non-stickiness of the surfaces
laminators, corona units, applying machines, press mechanisms
Rollers for Laminating:
We manufacture rubber coated rollers for several types of laminators.
Maximum machines’ temperature resistance:
- cold lamination technology up to 125 °C
- hot lamination technology up to 180 °C.
Polyurethane Rollers
We also supply “thin” film coatings of polyurethane roller, indicated for special usage, e.g. magnetic rollers. The thin layer protects the roller, keeping the magnetic effect of the roller.
